The Workouts
After the 2 week cleanse you’ll start a healthy diet along with the 4 week workouts. These workouts are split into 3 different levels. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Its intended that you work your way through all 3 levels that will total for 12 weeks. You can see below a picture of the week 1 workout from the beginner routine.
The workouts are mediocre at best, I believe if you’re willing to go to a gym then guy should check out – Visual Impact Muscle Building. Ladies check out the female version – Visual Impact for Women. But are excellent exercise programs that both Kenneth, and I follow.

Whats Good

  • Dr. Charles unique approach to fat loss by having you go through a detox/cleanse before going into a weight-loss diet. Its great because you clean out all the toxins in your body. As harsh as this sounds, its not. But Fat Loss Factor will break your body and mind down, and then build it back up. During this process you’ll change your beliefs and habits, that will change your life forever.
  • I’m happy to see the recommendation of “skipping” breakfast. I stand behind fasting and while Dr. Charles briefly covers the topic by just stating that you should skip breakfast. I’d recommend you look into Eat Stop Eat if you want a complete understand about the science behind fasting and why its amazing.

What I Disliked About The Fat Loss Factor PDF

  • I didn’t like the fact that Dr. Charles thinks that glutamine, protein powder, and multivitamins are “healthy weight loss” supplements. Not even essential supplements at that. I won’t explain why I think that in this Fat Loss Factor review, but if you want a REAL thermogenic fat loss drug then you want to look into Ephedrine.
  • There’s a section about the 15 foods that “guaranteed weight gain” that’s not true at all. Dr. Charles does state to limit these “weight-gain foods” to 3 servings a week maximum. But it comes down to basic calories in vs. out. Your best bet it to read Carb Backloading, or Renegade Diet to understand why eating high GI carbs, won’t hinder your fat loss.
  • The five 15 minute “sample” workouts are garbage. I understand its just a guideline. But you mind as well look into something like the 10 minute trainer if you want a workout shortcut (not that there is any). On the other hand, you are given 3 different workouts that range from beginner to advanced.

  2. Quick weight loss can be made easy by having an eating plan other than having a strict diet. Starving doesn’t sounds good and being in a diet is not the actual way to lose weight for food lovers. You just keep an eating plan including all your favorite foods..
